a prejudiced intern

‘A CONFESSION BY A YOUNG GUY’

I offered to meet
will be at the café to greet
and will be my treat
Just promise you would not freak.

Face me and reveal the truth
Texting does not sound so good
For you I should be an old worn our wood
Are terms on which I stood.

Age is just a number game
But experience, from where will you gain?
Going through all that frustrating pain
All these years have made me icy cold sane.

Age is no more a seal
I would need you to reveal
Passion for the confession you concealed
Talk your heart out to make me feel.

Our meeting concluded
Felt secluded
Your actions seemed grounded
Only the aroma of coffee surrounded.

Thank you for helping me to learn
Age, for you, is no more than a physical yearn
It is late I should return
I don’t want to hire a prejudiced intern.

Blind Heart

abusive words
did they not hurt?
I felt the pain
writing the same

troublesome heart
when will we start
meeting postponed
only you provoked
this blind heart
to believe
insanely
in words
your words

still it hopes
to meet

I realised
my apologies
in a text explaining
why
‘when I stood
where once you did’
I realised

heart puffed
rolled with love
you asked me out
once again

starry eyes
heart beating twice
you still wanted to meet?
its more than nice

hurtful words
they must have pained
want to kiss
that pain away

but

time has changed
about me
has changed

hope your words
turn real
this time

You want to
I want to
lets catch up
and work it through

One could stay tuned…

I have seen people
die in love
never knew
one could wait to
one could stay tuned
dance in the rain
passionately waiting
be it a silent cry
sobs with no voice
but love stays

so pure
its intrinsic value is
hard to ignore
its features
courage and patience
delay in deliverance
loving someone is
loving your ownself

beautiful and commendable
the once who wait
with patience
enjoying its true self
encouraged enough
to know themselves
singing songs like
chirping birds
playing guitars
with music beating
like heart

waiting
longing
its no waste
the uncertain nature
life carries
does has a meaning
a goal
love is no joke
in and out of it
gives life a meaning
a certainity
of your living
this wonderful life

Love it.
Life needs to be loved to find love.

THESE LINES ARE FOR A FRIEND. HOPE YOU FIND YOUR LOVE SOON. WAITING FOR YOUR WEDDING INVITE.

A Naughty Programme

You were a naughty programme
designed by my creative mind
the algorithm I wrote that time
added spices with a drop of lime

nasty thoughts and lustful statements
with ifs and if nots, I wrote my forever ailment
writing it, gave me a comforted pleasure
your presence was my crafted treasure

days and nights dedicated to the A4 sheets
played with naughty thoughts and hotty dreams
carefully observed my wants and desires
penned them down with hopes on fire

end result though was ransom
to me you were my only handsome
I gave you my time and patience
you lovingly defined my existence

Life is Books

Books and Books
Life is more than the looks
Sitting in a library
Watching everybody silently

Eye glasses glistening
To the books the ears are listening
Fictions and Non Fictions
Different styles of dictions

Options are in large number
No time to act dumber
Search the one book in mind
Historic fiction is my kind

Searching for a new paperback
Second in the series to the one I got back
Keeping the eyes agog to each in the row
Stuck at the one I acknowledge with a bow

Happily and cheerfully my reading began
Will take it home and come back again
