Race Life: Quote

Race Life

Why are Life’s challenges hard to crack?
We used to play racing games on PC, now mobile phones, with one objective in mind: To Win. Hurdles didn’t matter, twisted roads filled with other vehicles didn’t matter. What mattered was how well are we performing.

What matters is how well are we performing?
What is our objective?

‘A CONFESSION BY A YOUNG GUY’

I offered to meet
will be at the café to greet
and will be my treat
Just promise you would not freak.

Face me and reveal the truth
Texting does not sound so good
For you I should be an old worn our wood
Are terms on which I stood.

Age is just a number game
But experience, from where will you gain?
Going through all that frustrating pain
All these years have made me icy cold sane.

Age is no more a seal
I would need you to reveal
Passion for the confession you concealed
Talk your heart out to make me feel.

Our meeting concluded
Felt secluded
Your actions seemed grounded
Only the aroma of coffee surrounded.

Thank you for helping me to learn
Age, for you, is no more than a physical yearn
It is late I should return
I don’t want to hire a prejudiced intern.

Blogger Fixed Poems Today

Pen it down
And hold on
Calm and relax
Likes, dislikes and comments
This is what the writer waits for.

Once the work is out in public
there is no turning back
Don’t be in haste
Review and amend
according to your taste

Additions and deletions
your work for you should be ‘Perfection’

Daily writing is daily improvement
a better work with new developments

This is what I learned today
My haste made my work for me a waste
I forced myself to write
The work was not to my delight

When calmly I reviewed each poem
Mistakes were many with lips moving in ‘hmm’
Fixing work started in a swing
Reviewed, published and waited for the application ring.
