Limit

it starts fading
like the dye
losing the reality
might be
it was worn too much
too used to be kept
like the original

a limit attached to everything
demands a change
even the pyjamas get holes
when overused

Impressive about me is my eagerness to try everything. Self Motivation is a fixed gear of my creativity vehicle provoking me to dance to the tune of optimism. Yoga and books are the two transducers of this victim which have helped to be straightforward and open minded. Improvement is the second gear which is under construction and will always be undergoing changes simultaneously achieving different goals. There are other supporting gears with less of speed more of energy. This is KRITIKA πŸ™‚

    1. I have the habit of donating clothes and other things which I think have no value to me. As time changes everything. This is why I mentioned the same.
Thank you so much Athira for appreciating and commenting πŸ™‚

  1. “*Please donate the clothes before they get holes.” – I love this. I often mend the kids’ clothes (sometimes for the second or third time) and then donate immediately afterwards so I won’t have to mend them again haha. Not sure if that is bad or good. But it feels better than throwing them away or donating them holey. :)) Cool poem Kritika.
